Hi! We are Trucksters (, a startup in the new field of digital technology-logistics and we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Receivable (full-time).

What do we do? We are a digital transport operator focused on optimising long-distance transport in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system, which allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of road transport.

Who are we? We are a team of young professionals from different backgrounds (strategy consulting, sales, IT) with a clear mission: we want to create a partnership in the road transport sector for a future in which people live better and resources are used more efficiently. In addition, we count Porsche, Axel Springer and the Undanet Group as some of our investors.

Where are we located? We are based in Madrid (Calle Francisco Alcántara 1, 28002) although we have a global reach. We have operations in Madrid, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland. Our operating language is English and Spanish, although our team includes Portuguese, French, Hungarian, Russian and Italian speakers.

Account Receivable (Team Leader) at Trucksters

We are currently looking for an Account Receivable who will be responsible for achieving customer billing and collection targets, managing and improving customer billing and collection processes.

We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation, ambition and sense of responsibility who will support the growth and finance team.

What do we need from you?

  • Establish intra and interdepartmental procedures to ensure that the process from client onboarding, through invoicing to client collection is done correctly.
  • Manage customer collections, leading a team of 1-2 people.
  • Be the liaison with key customers to manage collection plans and collection process.
  • Proactively participate in process and technology improvements in the billing and collections area, both implementing new modules in our ERP (Odoo) and with our management system (Trucksters Management System).
  • Create internal and external financial reports to give visibility to all stakeholders.

Job requirements

What should be the ideal profile?

  • Native Spanish and English minimum B2 (C1 ideally).
  • Three years of auditing in international environments.
  • Experience in Start Ups is a plus.
  • Experience in the Collections area.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
